It helps — but is not required — if you say which platform you are on and what you were doing when it went wrong. If the game crashed, the time it happened is enough for us to find it.
Common questions
Where is my progress kept? Do I need an account?
No account, and no sign-up. The game creates an anonymous id for itself the first time you open it, and your progress lives under that id. You can play the whole career without ever telling us anything about you.
If you want the save to outlive the phone, link a Google account (or Apple, on iOS) from Settings → ACCOUNT. Linking upgrades the account you already have — your id does not change and nothing is copied or migrated, so your progress carries straight over.
I changed phone or reinstalled, and my progress is gone.
If the account was never linked, the save went with the old device and there is nothing on our side to restore. Uninstalling deletes it.
If it WAS linked, sign in with the same Google or Apple account from Settings → ACCOUNT → RESTORE ACCOUNT and the save comes back.
One warning, because it is the mistake that hurts: RESTORE ACCOUNT adopts the linked account and abandons whatever guest progress is on the phone — it does not merge the two. If you have played as a guest on this device and want to keep that, use SIGN IN WITH GOOGLE / APPLE to LINK it instead. Linking keeps your progress; restoring replaces it.
And an unlinked guest account is deleted after 30 days without playing. Linked accounts are never expired, however long you leave them.
It says it cannot find an opponent.
Quick Match, Route Match, Training Camp and the career (the CAREER card on the menu) never need an opponent or a connection — they play offline, always.
RANKED is where an opponent is needed, and it offers two ways to face one: PLAY A RANKED SIXTY, matched against a recorded rival for real rating, or PLAY THIS GHOST · FRIENDLY, the same recorded match with nothing at stake. When the pool has nothing at your level yet, it says so and offers RETRY rather than pretending. If nothing fits at all, RANKED also offers PLAY THE HOUSE — a full sixty seconds against the house AI. That match is UNRATED and the button says so. Your rating waits for a real rival's recording, because a rating earned against our own AI would not mean anything.
I want a refund for something I bought.
Nothing in Turbo Striker 60 is for sale. There are no purchases, no subscriptions, no premium currency and no paid unlocks — every character and every skin is bought with coins you earn by playing. There is nothing to refund, and nothing that can be charged to you by mistake.
Are there ads?
Nothing interrupts a match, ever. The only ad in the game is one you can choose to watch after a match to double the coins you just earned — always behind an explicit tap, always optional, and we can switch it off remotely without shipping an update if it ever misbehaves.
If you never tap it, you will never see an ad.
Someone is using an offensive name.
Long-press their row on the RANKED leaderboard — that is where reporting and blocking live. The report reaches us with the account and the season it appeared in — the name itself is looked up when we read it, so mention the name in an email too if it is likely to change.
Blocking takes effect straight away and is stored WITH your save, so it survives a reinstall and a new phone: you will not be matched against that player's recordings.
Names are also filtered when they are created, and again before a recording is shown to another player, so most of this never reaches you in the first place. Reports are read by a person — there is no automated takedown — and we act on them by hand.
The game reminded me about a bonus. Can I turn that off?
Yes — Settings → DAILY & DEADLINE REMINDERS. Reminders are off until you turn them on, they are scheduled entirely on your device (nothing is sent from a server, and no push token exists anywhere in the app), and turning the switch off cancels every one of them.
Settings are per-device and never synced, so turning them off on one phone does not change another.
My rating dropped, and I did not lose a match.
That is the season reset, and it is meant to. Ranked runs in seasons of about 30 days — rolling, not calendar months. When one closes, your tier pays out in coins and your rating is pulled halfway back toward the starting rating of 1000 (rounded down), so the next season is a real climb rather than a continuation.
The game shows you a results card naming the tier, the payout and the new rating. If coins once arrived with no explanation, that was the old behaviour.
I played a ranked match offline and it did not count.
That is expected, and the result screen says so ("OFFLINE — RESULT NOT SUBMITTED"). A ranked match is playable offline if the game already has a recording cached, but the result is verified on our side before it moves your rating — and an unsent result is dropped rather than queued for later.
Play it again on a connection and it counts.
How do I delete my account and everything in it?
If your account is LINKED: Settings → ACCOUNT → DELETE ACCOUNT. It takes effect immediately, and needs no email to us. If it has been a while since you signed in, the first attempt may come back asking you to sign in again and retry — that is Google and Apple protecting the account, not us stalling.
If you are playing as a GUEST there is nothing on our side to delete beyond an anonymous id, and the in-app button is not shown — uninstalling removes the save, and the id is purged after 30 days. If you want it gone sooner, or you have already uninstalled, write to us and we will do it from our side.
There is a whole page on exactly what is erased and what is kept — see the account deletion page below.
